Col. Palagani Srinivasulu Reddy is a distinguished officer with a robust academic and military background, currently serving as the Joint Director at NIDM Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. He is also a Project Director for CCDRR Centre. A graduate of the National Defense Academy, he holds advanced degrees including an M.Sc.in Weapon Systems and MSc in Military Technology and a Master’s in Psychology all with first-class distinction. His decorated 26 years service include many awards and experience in various aspects of disaster management. With computer courses on GIS, Virtual reality and simulation, and HoD in a training institute, he brings a wealth of experience in training, and DRR to his current role in enhancing national resilience and capacity building.

A second generation Army Officer, Colonel Vineet Banga comes from a family of soldiers. He has 28 years of distinguished service. He is currently serving as the Joint Director at NIDM (New Delhi). A veteran of three major Operations by the Indian Army- Op Vijay (Kargil, 1999), Op Parakram (Parliament Attack. 2001) and Op Sindoor (2025), he begets vast field, operational and administrative expertise to the table. Academically, he holds three Masters-level qualifications in Finance, MIS and Financial Management, besides knowledge in diverse fields of Procurement and Arbitration. He is also highly experienced in the field of satellite and aerial imagery for the past 23 years. An avid reader, he is presently pursuing his PhD from Poornima University, Jaipur, since 2023
